DPP creation

Passports built to the published harmonised standards: EN 18216, EN 18219, EN 18220, EN 18221, EN 18222 and EN 18223. We produce the passport data, structure and compliant format.

Unique identifiers

Product, operator and facility identifiers per EN 18219, at model, batch or item granularity.

Data carriers

QR codes per EN 18220 as the default. NFC or RFID where the product and process justify them, and GS1 Digital Link where GS1 identifiers are already in use. QR is the default; the rest are chosen case by case.

EU DPP Registry registration

Registration of your passports in the Commission's registry, live since July 2026.

Hosting

Where your passports are hosted is your decision: in your own systems, with a platform provider, or managed by us. We advise on the options and deliver into whichever you choose.

EPD coordination

Where you have no EPDs, we coordinate their production with established EPD specialists and integrate the results into the same structure as your performance data.

BIM ready product data

The same structured data delivered as property sets your prescribers can use, linked to IFC and bSDD where equivalents exist.

BIM objects

Objects compliant with EN ISO 22014, library objects for architecture, engineering and construction, carrying the same referenced data.

Managed Product Data

When a harmonised standard publishes or is revised, your declarations are regenerated against the new version, your data dictionary references are rechecked, new products are added to your structured set, and you are told which changes affect your catalogue.

Available to clients whose catalogue has already been converted. It continues a conversion engagement rather than standing alone, and it is a different thing from the free Standards Watch: Standards Watch tells you a standard changed, Managed Product Data does the work that follows.
